The visit at the technical University of Torino (Politecnico di Torino) in Italy, has been organized in different steps: · Meetings with director of department of Civil engineering (Structural, Building and Geotechnical engineering) to establish a deeper cooperation in research and teaching activities · Meeting with the University delegate to the Internationalization, to prepare a formal signature of a Memorandum of Understanding between the two universities · Meetings with the director of the “Centre of Safety of Infrastructure” (SISCON) to evaluate cooperation in infrastructures management with Fuzhou University · Meetings with the director (and his collaborators) of material testing laboratory to evaluate common research areas As result, I have obtained: · Politecnico di Torino starts procedures to officially sign a memorandum of Understanding with Fuzhou University; I personally send a version (in English) that Politecnico di Torino use as standard one to the International Affair Offices · A young researcher from Politecnico di Torino visited our university and give some lectures (Prof. F. Ditrapani); others will arrive to strengthen our common cooperations in structural engineering. · Politecnico di Torino’s phd and master students will participate to the “Fouth international summer school in structural morphology” in Fuzhou next June; · The director of the new Center of Research in Infrastructures at the Politecnico di Torino (Prof. Bernardino Chiaia) is organizing to write down a specific official agreement with the Center for Corrosion Penetration and Control of Coastal Infrastructures (CCPCCI) at the Fuzhou University for common research activities in the field of corrosion of concrete structure and infrastructures. In next weeks it will be sent to our University for a preliminary evaluation. 意大利都灵理工大学的出访安排： · 与土木工程学院（结构、建筑和岩土工程）主任会面，建立两校之间关于科研、教学活动的深度合作关系。 · 与都灵理工大学的国际化办公室代表，签署两校的谅解备忘录。 · 与“基础设施安全中心” (SISCON)主任会面，评估与福州大学在基础设施管理建设方面的合作可能性。 · 与材料测试实验室的主任（及其合作者）会面，评估合作研究领域。 详细日程安排： 2019.3.13-3.14 去程：福州----香港----米兰----都灵 2019.3.15与都灵理工大学各位主任会面，商讨如何与福州大学土木工程学院建立合作关系； 2019.3.16-18 就谅解备忘录的细节进行讨论，并起草完成谅解备忘录，作为标准版本发送到都灵理工大学国际化办公室审核； 2019.3.19-3.20 就两所大学之间的教学、科研合作可能性和细节进行讨论，并邀请了都灵理工大学的教授前往福州大学访问，协助研究及授课（已到访）； 2019.3.21-3.23 评估都灵理工大学与福州大学土木工程学院的基础设施腐蚀渗透与控制中心（CCPCCI）合作的可能性，以及都灵理工大学是否存在建立相关中心点的可能性； 2019.3.24-26 对第三届夏令营进行总结与第四届夏令营的初步探讨，和其他大学受邀教授们一起确定夏令营主题、邀请教授、学生名单、流程和考察地点等，最终确定夏令营计划； 2019.3.27 -3.28 返程：都灵——米兰——莫斯科——上海——福州 出访成果： · 都灵理工大学启动了与福州大学签署谅解备忘录的正式程序；我个人发送了一份英文版的谅解备忘录（被确认为标准版本）给都灵理工大学国际化办公室。 · 邀请都灵理工大学的教授（Fabio Ditrapani）前往福州大学土木工程进行科研指导及授课；及后续会有其他研究学者陆续前来我校访问，加强两校之间在结构工程方面的合作。 · 都灵理工大学的教授们和研究生们会参加福州大学土木工程学院于2019年6月份举办的第四届“结构意识形态”夏令营活动。 · 都灵理工大学“基础设施安全中心”的主任(Bernardino Chiaia教授) 正在起草与福州大学土木工程学院在混凝土结构腐蚀研究领域设置的“沿海基础设施的腐蚀渗透和控制中心” (CCPCCI) 的官方合作同意书。后续几周这份合作同意书就会被送到我校作为一个预评估。 该团组已进行事后公示。（对外处公章） （领队签字） 年 月 日 |
