大家好！2025年暑假即将到来，为了让大家能够度过一个欢乐、平安的假期，有效预防安全事故的发生，现就有关事项通知如下：

Hello! As the summer holiday of 2025 is around the corner, to ensure all of you to have a happy and safe holiday and effectively prevent accidents, we hereby notify related matters as follows:

（一）时间安排：请各位同学严格遵守学校暑假时间安排，按时回校报到。

I. Please strictly adhere to the schedule of summer holiday and return school on time.

（二）请假安排：请同学们配合学院辅导员暑假工作，如有返回境外或离校过暑假的，请办好请假手续，到家后向辅导员电话或短信报平安；如有留校的，请及时向辅导员提出申请，服从学校统一安排，并报对外合作与交流处备案。

II. Registering for leave: the students are required to cooperate with the college counselor and complete the procedures for leave if you are to return to your home country or leave the school to spend the summer holiday. Please make a call or text the college counselor to report safety on arrival; if you are intended to stay at school, please file an application to your counselor and comply with the unified arrangement of the school, then hand it to OCE for record.

1、提升安全意识，提高自我保护能力。回家途中以及在外期间要注意交通安全、食品卫生安全、防溺水、防火、防盗、防拥挤踩踏和预防台风、雷电、洪水、泥石流、地震等自然灾害。

1. Promote your safety awareness and self-protection ability. On the way home and when you are out, attention shall be paid to traffic safety, food hygiene safety, and the prevention against drowning, fire, theft, swarm and jostlement, typhoon, thunder and lightning, floods, mudslide, earthquake and other natural disasters.

2、注意游泳（游玩）安全。夏季气候炎热，是溺水事故多发期，特别注意不到无安全保障的水域游泳，不到江河湖、水库边、低洼地带等可能发生溺水、山洪及地质灾害地区游玩。

2. Pay attention to swimming (playing) safety. Summer is a hot season, so there are drowning accidents often occurring in this period. In particular, students shall bear in mind that do not swim in waters without safety guarantee, and other areas such as rivers, lakes, reservoirs and low-lying areas where drowning, mountain torrents and geological disasters may occur.

3、注意交通安全。暑假期间是学生回家、外出参观旅游、参加各类户外活动相对比较集中的时期，务必注意旅途安全，遵守交通法规，不搭乘无安全保障车辆，不乘坐超载车辆。

3. Pay attention to traffic safety. The summer holiday is a period when activities such as returning home, traveling, and participating in outside activities are frequent. Please be sure to pay attention to the safety on the journey and observe traffic regulations strictly. Please do not take vehicles without safety guarantee or take an overloaded one.

4、注意饮食卫生安全。夏季气温高，细菌易繁殖，容易发生中暑、食物中毒事件，要注意卫生安全，防止食物中毒。及时清理生活及其他垃圾，避免蚊虫滋生。

4. Pay attention to food hygiene safety. With high temperature, the bacteria are easy to breed in summer, so it is likely to occur heatstroke and food poisoning. Pay attention to health and safety and prevent food poisoning. And the kitchen waste and other garbage shall be cleaned in time to prevent the breeding of mosquitoes.

5、注意遵守宿舍规章制度。暑期天气炎热，也是火灾多发时期，要注意用火用电安全。离校的同学在离校前要检查好寝室，要做到人走时关闭宿舍内各类电源开关及插座，确保不发生火灾及火险事故；

留校的同学要服从学校留校纪律和安全要求，严禁在宿舍区使用各类炊事用具及大功率电器，严禁在宿舍区使用明火、存放易燃易爆等危险物品。不得私自调换寝室，不得留宿外来人员、异性。严禁组织各类大型娱乐活动，尤其是不得跨学校、跨地区组织活动。参加各类涉外活动，应事先向留学生辅导员报备。

5. Pay attention to the rules and regulations of dormitory. With high temperature, summer is also a fire-prone period. Students shall pay attention to the use of fire and electricity. Students who leave school shall conduct dormitory check before leaving, and all kinds of power switches and sockets in the dormitory shall be closed when people leave to ensure that no fire accident will occur; students who stay in school shall be subject to the discipline and safety requirements of the school. It is strictly forbidden to use all kinds of cooking utensils, high-power appliances and open fire, and store inflammables, explosives and other dangerous articles in dormitory. Do not change your dormitory privately, and do not put up outsiders or the opposite sex in dormitory. It is strictly forbidden to organize all kinds of large-scale entertainment activities, especially the across-school and trans-regional activities. To participate in various foreign-related activities, students shall report to overseas student counselors in advance.

6、注意遵守中国法律法规。学生在暑期应做好功课复习，不参加各类违法活动。在参加社会活动中，要自觉遵守社会公德，遵纪守法，明辨是非，增强自我保护能力。

6. Pay attention to abiding by Chinese laws and regulations. Students shall do their homework review during summer holiday and do not participate in all kinds of illegal activities. For participating in social activities, students shall consciously abide by the social ethics, laws and regulations, make a clear distinction between the right and wrong, and enhance the self-protection ability.
