各位同学：

根据中国相关法律法规，留学生来华留学持XI或X2学习签证入境，居留事由为“学习”，留学生在华学习期间不得就业、经商或从事其他经营性活动。留学生一旦违反该规定，将面临数额较大的罚款或拘留，甚至被遣返出境等处罚，后果十分严重。根据福州大学学生管理相关规定，留学生一旦违反了中国相关法律法规，也将受到相应的校内处罚，直至开除学籍。

为了留学生更好地在中国学习、生活，我们认真提醒所有留学生务必遵守中国相关法律法规，在华学习期间华学习期间不得就业、经商或从事其他经营性活动。学校稍后也将开展检查工作，一旦发现相关违法行为，将立即报送出入境管理部门处理，请各位同学认真对待。如果有相关问题，请各位同学立即联系彭喆老师，寻求帮助。

Notice on Prohibition of Employment during

the Period of Study in China for Foreign Students

Foreign Students:

According to Chinese law and regulations, foreign students with X1 or X2 visa are only legal to study in China, and any forms of employment, business and other business activities are prohibited. Once violating this regulation, foreign students are imposed by a heavy fine or detention, and what’s more, being repatriated out of China, and will also be punished and expelled from school according to student management regulations of Fuzhou University .

For better study and life in China, we sincerely remind all foreign students to obey Chinese law and regulations. Please do not participate any forms of employment, business or other business activities during your study period in China. The examination work will start soon and once the violation is exposed, we will send report to immigration authorities immediately, so please take it seriously.
